The stepless speed adjustment for the driving motor can be realized through the speed-adjusting frequency changer in the speed-sensor testing equipment, and the speed-adjusting range is within 0 to 8000 revolutions per minute, so that all speed-testing range requirements at present can be met, and the application speed range is wide; the front-end cover and the speed-testing gear can be conveniently replaced according to different types of speed sensors, so that the application type range is wide; the speed sensor can be placed on a vibration-environment test bed through the supporting seat, and the working conditions, such as the impact vibration, the temperature and the humidity of the speed sensor during the actual operation of a train are simulated through the test bed, so that the performance of the sensor is more reliably detected.
