A novel one-cycle control strategy for active power filter(APF) is proposed to improve its performance,which is inspired by the finding that source current should oscillate near zero point by using classic one-cycle control scheme for APF based on unipolar operation.It employed ip-iq based algorithm to isolate the load foundational current and took the foundational component of load current as tracking object.So the circuit of single-cycle control for APF was made up of foundational component isolation of load current,integrator,comparator and trigger to realize the function of hormonic compensation of APF,by which the dependance can be reduced on system parameters.It derived the mathematical model of one-cycle control for APF based on current feedback,analyzed the working procedure of the system,and compared the proposed scheme with classic one-cycle control scheme base on unipolar operation by using the simulation test.Computer simulation results suggest that the proposed scheme is with better stability and tracking ability,and can achieve lower THD.
