Value chain reconstruction and sustainable development of green manufacturing industry

Abstract In recent years, sustainable development has become the goal pursued by all mankind. In such an era, the concept of green manufacturing industry has been put forward. While manufacturing industry gains rapid development by taking advantage of this opportunity, it also faces greater competition. Sustainable development is a "double-edged sword" for the manufacturing industry. It not only brings unlimited opportunities for the long-term development of the manufacturing industry, but also makes the strategic operation of the manufacturing industry full of unpredictable risks. The main purpose of this study is how to carry out green innovation from the strategic level for the manufacturing enterprises in this revolution. This study integrated application of green sustainable development theory, enterprise theory and enterprise strategic innovation theory, combining the particularity of manufacturing enterprise, from manufacturing enterprise strategic operating level, the system of manufacturing enterprise for sustainable development opportunity and risk, environmental competitiveness assessment, the green value chain innovation, green organizational design, and performance evaluation of green and so on, to guide our manufacturing enterprises how to abandon the traditional energy-intensive, highly polluting manufacturing enterprise management mode, to somewhere in the world, every year rose nearly 76 % of manufacturing output in terms of our country, It is of great practical significance to carry out green strategy innovation in manufacturing enterprises.
