Characterization of structure, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of KNN- modified perovskite ceramics

Influence of donor and acceptor dopants on structure, microstructure, dielectric, ferroelectric and local piezoelectric properties of (K<inf>0.5</inf>Na<inf>0.5</inf>)NbO<inf>3</inf>-based ceramics have been studied. Changes in dielectric parameters and effective d<inf>33</inf> piezoelectric coefficients were observed depending on solid solutions compositions.
