Method for real-time tracing projects

A method for achieving project real-time tracking comprises the following steps: 1) setting a conventional protection process at the background of a project management system for performing background data process to project management task data to be processed; 2) setting a task process queue in order to protect the protection process; 3) after submitting data at the project management WBS node of the system, sending project number and relative data into the set task process queue; periodically polling the data in the queue by the protection process at the background, and fusing the data, then processing the data. The method adopts a multithread processing method of the protection process at the background, combines the data fusion process mode of the task queue, and improves the capacity of the system for data-processing, so as to solve the request for real-time tracking data in the project management.
