The invention discloses a secondary regulation locking device for a chock plug of a flexible rotary screen inkjet engraver. The primary regulation locking device comprises a manual regulating mechanism formed by a mill separator, a connecting support bolt set, a fixed support plate, a linear guide rail, a guide rail slider, a movable support plate, a steel band and an eccentric wheel locking device, a rotating shaft, a bearing sleeve, a sliding sleeve, two screw nuts, a support, a screw rod, a circular bearing bush, a motor mounting plate and an electric regulating mechanism of a speed-reducing motor, wherein the support is fixedly connected with the movable support plate of the manual regulating mechanism to form a movable frame. Through the secondary regulation locking device, the requirement that rotary screens with different perimeters and length specifications can be manufactured on the same engraver is met; an eccentric wheel is adopted for locking, and the locking force is directly acted on the fixed support plate to avoid additional acting force on the guide rail and the slider and improve the service life and the reliability of the locking device; and clearances of positive and negative rotation of the screw rod are eliminated by adopting the preloading of the double screw nut combination, and the device has the advantages of compact structure, easy machining of parts, manufacturing cost reduction and convenient assembly.
