Lexical Features of Business English:Take Human Resource Management Vocabulary as an Example

As a branch of English for Specific Purposes(ESP),Business English not only shares features of English language,but also embodies its unique industrial characteristics.Therefore,a grasp of lexical features of Business English is not only conducive for business people to communicate effectively,but also beneficial to Business English teaching and translation practices.Based on lexicology theories,this paper takes Human Resource Management vocabulary as an example to discuss the sources,formations and characteristics of Business English vocabulary,hoping to help readers better understand the Business English.
