Study of Production Management Control Strategies for Manufacturing System

The production management control methods of manufacturing system are summarized. Based on the contrastive analysis of JIT and MRPII,the integrated production management control strategies and rhode of the two are proposed and designed separately.In order to make the enterprises be suited to the above-mentioned production management control system,corresponding reforming requirements of organization management model are proposed.
