The general fuzzy filter approach to fuzzy topology, II

In this and a subsequent paper, by means of an extension of the notion of fuzzy filter, a new approach to fuzzy topology is presented. Whereas this paper is devoted to the general theory of fuzzy filters, in Part II this theory is applied on fuzzy topology.
