Plasmocitoma solitario de esternón: presentación de un caso y revisión de la literatura

The localization of plasmacytoma in the sternum is exceptional. A patient suspected of having a sternal manubrium tumor, without a clear diagnosis despite a fine needle aspiration biopsy and an incision biopsy is presented. A wide margin resection of the lesion and reconstruction with a polypropylene mesh were undertaken. The results were satisfactory. A review of the literature is made.
