The Government was represented by a team led by Mr. Franklin Ashiadey (Principal Economist, Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning), and included Mr. Musah Abu JuamTechnical Director, MLNR, Dr. Victor Agyeman (Director, Forest Research Institute of Ghana, Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology), Mr. Sasu Oppon (Forestry Commission, Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources), and Mr. Richard Afenu (Minerals Commission).
