Dynamic Routing, Core, and Spectrum Assignment with Minimized Crosstalk in Spatial Division Multiplexing Elastic Optical Networks

We propose a new routing, core, and spectrum assignment (RCSA) with minimized crosstalk by evaluating the inter-core spectrum crosstalk measurement (IC-SCM) in spatial division multiplexing elastic optical networks (SD-EONs). Simulation results demonstrate the proposed RCSA-IC-SCM algorithm greatly reduce the inter-core crosstalk in SD-EONs.
