Triple-generation unit combining air source, waste water source and heat pump

The invention relates to a triple-generation unit combining an air source, a waste water source and a heat pump. The unit comprises a compressor, a hot water side heat exchanger, a water source side heat-exchanging system, an air-conditioning side heat-exchanging system and a heat-exchanging type liquid storage device, wherein the hot water side heat exchanger is connected with the compressor through an oil-gas separator, the water source side heat-exchanging system is connected with the hot water side heat exchanger through a four-way reversing valve, the air-conditioning side heat-exchanging system is connected with the hot water side heat exchanger through the four-way reversing valve, and the heat-exchanging type liquid storage device is connected with the four-way reversing valve, the water source side heat-exchanging system, the air-conditioning side heat-exchanging system, the compressor and the oil-gas separator simultaneously. The unit has the advantages that the flexibility is high, the input cost and the occupied area of a plurality of sets of refrigerating, heating and hot water supplying devices can be reduced, the refrigerating, heating and hot water supplying efficiency is greatly improved, the operation cost can be reduced, heat produced by condensing is recovered to produce hot water at the same time of refrigerating, the produced hot water is free of charge, only electric driving is adopted, the usage of conventional energy sources is reduced, and no environmental pollution is caused.
