The Terminal Display Technology of Message Promulgated System in Uptown

The terminal display technology of message promulgated system in uptown is studied.Based on the hardware of the visible speaking system,the CRT on which can display message in uptown,and an OSD controller chip MB90092,a video signal processing chip LM1881,a storage chip AT27C080 is used to implement the message promulgated system.The managing mode in the proposed system is improved,and the network manager is realized in uptown.
