Introduction of Some Important Applications

The new logic described in Chapter 2 leads to progress in many fields. I shall here be considering several of them as an introduction to a possible more profound study. I have not mentioned forecasting as a possible field of application. Forecasting is intimately connected with plausible reasoning and creativity, so I have not thought it necessary to stress it once again.
