Detection method for quickly judging separation between bearing bush base material and alloy

The invention provides a detection method for quickly judging the separation between a bearing bush base material and an alloy. The detection method comprises the following steps of: firstly, finding five points uniformly on the same vertical cross section of the surfaces of an alloy layer of a bearing bush; processing air holes on the first point and the fifth point respectively as air paths, wherein the bottom edge of each air hole is tangent with the metal surface of the bearing bush base material, and the processing depth of each air hole is the same as the thickness of the alloy on the bearing bush; secondly, connecting the above air path of the first point and an air source, arranging a pressure-adjusting valve on the air source, and adjusting an air flow by using the pressure-adjusting valve; coating soap water into the air hole of the fifth point, switching on the above air source and blowing air into the air path of the hole; if bubbles emerge from the lower side, indicating that the alloy material layer of the bearing bush is separated from a steel plate base material surface or the alloy welded to the bearing bush is untight; and if no bubble emerges from the lower side, keeping judging. At most five air holes are processed on the surface of the alloy layer of the bearing bush and uniformly distributed on the surface of the alloy layer, so the method can be used for detecting precisely. By the method, the attachment between the bearing bush base material and the alloy can be judged quickly.
