투기종목 선수들의 체력 및 최대 무산소 능력 특성 비교 연구

The purpose of this study was to offer the basic data for the effective power training program. And the ball game athletes and the martial art athletes - they had a different exercise pattern - were chosen in the study as subject. After we measured the power of physique and various leg extension power movement, we examined the power characteristics of each sports and group. The result of study were as follows. 1. Among the physique factors except the rate of body fat and the calf length. the ball game group was significantly superior to the martial art group. Particularly thigh hirth of any other group's the calf girth of rugby and handball was do. 2. For the reaction time of the whole body largely controlled by the function of nervous system, that of handball athletes was faster than that of any other ball game group's and that of Korea Wrestling athletes was faster than that of any other martial art group's. But there was no significantly difference between the ball game group and the martial art group. 3. In terms of the sargent jump and the standing board jump, that of the ball game group's as significantly higher than that of the martial art group's. And volleyball athletes were outstanding among the ball game group, judo athletes were so among the martial art group. 4. For maximum anaerobic power(㎏m/L.B.M./sec), that of martial art group's was significantly high.
