Matching of Process Capability in Iron and Steel Enterprise

Matching relationship between process capability and mass flow was analyzed based on Blast furnace-converter-hot rolling-cold rolling process.The results that ironmaking productivitysteelmaking productivityhot rolling productivitycold rolling productivity is put out;the ratio of iron to steel is 0.9～0.96 and the matching degree of hot rolling with cold rolling process is 1:(0.4～0.8).the matching relationship in steelmaking plant is refining capabilitymelting capability continuous casting capability;the matching relationship in rolling plant is hot rolling capability ≥heating furnace capability and cold rolling capability further processing capability.In order to meet the process match demand,it is necessary to develop integrated manufacturing management system of iron-casting-rolling and network mass flow management model in cold rolling zone.
