Application of Relation-Entropy Weight Method in Comprehensive Evaluation of Highway Network Planning

The method of letting experts to determine the weight values of the evaluation index is very subjective and uncertain,so the relation-entropy weight method to determine the weight of entropy and complete decision-making is putting. The new method does not need the expert group in the decision-making process,only depends on the evaluation index of candidate plan to determine an optimal plan and it is easy to apply,thus,the method has certain application value.
