환기 시스템을 이용한 자동차 부품공장 내부의 열 유동 응력 해소를 위한 수치해석적 연구

Working environment of plant workers needs to be improved due to increasing demand on the comfortable working condition. The thermal flow of an automotive plant in terms of comfort index was analyzed by using ANSYS-CFX software. The working environment was investigated with/without ventilation systems. Numerical analysis was accomplished to improve thermal flow stress by installing ventilation fans near the thermal stress concentrated field. Additional ventilating fans system and existing conditions were compared by numerical analysis.
