R744 압축기의 토출 머플러 설계 최적화

The R744, carbon dioxide, has been studied as an alternative refrigerant for R134a in the automotive air conditioning system under the regulation of global warming gases. The aim of this paper is to reduce the noise caused by discharge pressure pulsation in R744 compressor. The design for an acoustics pressure transmission loss about the discharge muffler is important because it is able to reduce the discharge pressure pulsation. For this reason, the 4-pole method and 3D acoustics analysis program have been used to design the optimized discharge muffler for reducing pulsation. Finally, the calculation result of optimized muffler was verified from the comparative test result of discharge pulsation.
