Multi-station automatic detection apparatus for electronic products

The present invention discloses a multi-station automatic detection apparatus for electronic products. The apparatus comprises a frame having a rear end connected with a material feeding mechanism, and the frame is provided with a plurality of stations for placing clamps. The apparatus is composed of the clamps arranged in the stations on the frame, a safety detection mechanism and a function detection mechanism which are mounted on the left end of the frame, a clamp translating mechanism mounted on the back of a test bench at the left part of the frame, a clamp circulating mechanism mounted at the right part of the frame, and a clamp left moving mechanism and a clamp right moving mechanism which are mounted at the front and rear ends of the frame respectively. The apparatus provided by the invention can be used for performing safety detection and function detection of the electronic products, and the operator only needs to put the products to be detected into the clamps as all other operations can be automatically completed by the apparatus, so that the detection efficiency is greatly increased. Besides, the quality of the products is reliably ensured while the output is significantly increased and the production cost is reduced.
