DASH(HEVC)/LTE: QoE-based dynamic adaptive streaming of HEVC content over wireless networks

This demonstration illustrates an advanced prototype system that can adaptively stream the next generation video standard content over wireless networks with the objective to provide optimal yet to maintain constant quality of experience (QoE).
