LCOS-based 4×4 wavelength cross-connect switch for flexible channel management in ROADMs

We propose an integrated 4×4 wavelength cross-connect switch utilizing an LCOS-based 12 port counts wavelength blocker array, which enables flexible control of optical power level, channel bandwidth and on-grid frequency channel-by-channel as well as port-by-port.
