AN AUGMENTED OBSERVER FOR MEASUREMENT IN A DETERMINISTIC DISTURBED ENVIRONMENT — AN APPLICATION IN CONTROL

Abstract In this paper an augmented observer insensitive to deterministic disturbances satisfying known differential equations is proposed. The goal of this observer is to replace expensive measurement instruments by a device readily programmed in a microcomputer. The control of the angular speed of a DC motor using electrical variables for the measuring of the controlled variable is presented as application.
