Study on software risk management

Some indetermination factors are brought in a large software item development,which could result in the risk of failure.The basic concept of software risk is introduced,the characteristic of software risk and the ways to distinguish software risk are analysed.The approaches of software risk analysis and software risk management are discussed.Then,software risk quantificational manage is pointed out.The risks will be brought in each phase of software development process are investigated.At last some methods to reduce or prevent from occurrence of software risk are proposed.Research on software risk management is significant to software development and management of software item and the quality of software product.
