PARALLEL MECHANISMS with PSEUDO-PLANAR MOTION GENERATORS

The pseudo-planar displacements are defined and their essential properties are disclosed. Several parallel arrangements of pseudo-planar motion generators are proposed and some examples of new parallel manipulators, which can be very simply controlled, are presented.
