The paper analyzed the mathematic model of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine (PMSM), and built the simulation model of vector control with simulink toolbox in matlab. This vector control model included voltage control inverter based on Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) technology. The hardware circuit composed of the DSP chip, IPM, LEM for phase current detection and PG for rotor speed detection. By means of coordinate transformation, the three phase reference frame was transformed the phase synchronic d-q-0 reference. In the double loop control system, a PI controller was adopted in the speed and the current loop. The control theory of id =0 and SVPWM technology come true. Because of the methods proposed above, the digital vector control drive was created. The practicality and validity had been testified by the simulation and experimental results.
