The Design of Aluminum-zinc Metalized Film with Gradually Changed Square Resistance

With the precondition of having no influence on electric strength and reliability performance,for purpose to reduce specific volume of a capacitor,this paper proposed a new metalized film designed for capacitor.The resistance in its active area is gradually changed from the blank to the reinforced area,the square resistance varies linearly from 6Ω/□ to 20Ω/□.This feature is suitable for the current distribution and makes the current density approximately even,on the metal layer,which greatly improve the electric strength and overcomes the difficulty to improve the self-healing performance and electric strength at the same time.
