To cope with the climate change due to global warming and energy depletion crisis, major developed countries have set a goal of reduction in greenhouse gas and the efficient use of energy resources. Accordingly, they have provided a long-term measure for energy efficiency policies. This study has developed an integrated support system for spread of `Low-energy` consumption buildings. In the study, it is the purpose not only to provide a program for performance based energy for entire buildings developed via the review on the empirical data but to offer standard data for utilizing the governance of a road map of the energy saving criteria for buildings in Korea. Few building design information for energy saving has been provided for building owners of building design-related parties, which has been a cause of difficulties for energy saving buildings designs. As a result, it is required for building owners or building designers to provide a measure for benchmarking of energy saving buildings as a variety of information. Also, it is provided the integrated management system of the building DB and the performance based energy evaluation DB to new buildings in the energy saving plan. By utilizing such building information and energy information, not only standard buildings required for the energy management and energy consumption prediction of buildings in Korea are provided but also the development of an energy performance integrated management system that can be utilized for foundational data of the reduction target for greenhouse gas is provided as well.
