Method for realizing selection of payment basiness for called partner

The method includes steps: service switch point (SSP) initiates starting operation of attempted call to service control point (SCP) to trigger service paid by selection of called party; SCP initiatesoperation of registering basic calling state to SSP; after putting called party through, SCP initiates operation of connecting to resources to SSP, and through function of private resource, SSP applies for a free voice resource; SCP initiates operation of playing sound to the SSP; cutting off time slot exchange between calling party and called party, the SSP switches receiving time slot of calledparty to time slot of voice resource so as to implement sound hint to the called party. Based on keying selection from the called party, service decides whether calling fee is paid from account of thecalled party or not. Thus, the invention enhances capability of selection for called party.
