Research on Gun Attitude Measurement Based on Empirical Mode Decomposition

In order to resolve the problem of dynamic attitude measurement,a kind of dynamic attitude signal filtering method based on empirical mode decomposition(EMD) was proposed. The nonstationary signal was decomposed into limited number of intrinsic mode function (IMF) in different features and scales,these IMF contain distribution law and instantaneous features of signal energy on a series of scales in time and space. Then a time scale filter was constructed. With the help of Hilbert analysis of each IMF decomposed to search helpful information,combined with ⅡR digital filtering technology and reconstruction technology,the interferences in the signals were eliminated,and the true attitude angle information can be aquired in real time. Analysis and computer simulation results of actual attitude response signal showed that this method is feasible and valid.
