The invention provides a method for controlling the state of vehicle electronic-control units serving as network nodes in a CAN (controller area network). The method comprises the following steps: when vehicles are in a static state, network management nodes in the CAN judges the type of the static state of the vehicles, determines the state of each vehicle electronic-control unit in at least a vehicle electronic-control unit according to the type of the detected static state of the vehicles, and enables one or more vehicle electronic-control units in a working state in the vehicle electroniccontrol unit to enter a non-working state through sensing CAN messages.
