Abstra ct This research of background overshadow by lowering of result learn IPS class student of V SDN 30 Pasar of Lakitan. Target of this research is to description ofis make-up of the understanding of student in comprehending items, Mendeskripsikan ofis make-up of ability of student participation in making question, Mendeskripsikan ofis make-up of ability of student participation in replying question at study of IPS pass/through model of learning question a with starts in SDN 30 Pasar of Lakitan. result learn IPS class student of V SDN 30 Pasar of Lakitan. This Research is done/conducted by using Research Of Action Class (CAR) which is executed in two cycle. Source of data is class student of V SDN 30 Pasar of Lakitan amount to 30 people. Instrument the used is sheet assessment of domain of afektif student, activity sheet learn and tes ofis understanding of student. Pursuant to result of domain analysis of afektif student that is participation make and reply/ answer question. Percentage of participation make and reply/ answer question at each natural cycle of improvement. At cycle of I participation make question 54,44% mounting to become 84,44% at cycle of II and participation reply/ answer question at cycle of I 63,88% mounting to become 84,99% at cycle of II. Result learn cognate domain that is understanding also experience of improvement. At cycle of I the understanding of student 53,33% mounting to become 90% at cycle of II. Of obtained data can be concluded that there are make-up of result learn IPS class student of V SDN 30 Pasar of Lakitan after using model of Learning Starts With A Question.
