스포츠센터의 서비스스케이프가 이용자의 서비스품질 만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the different degree of satisfaction on service quality and how servicescape of the sports center affects the service quality satisfaction. In order to study this, users of 10 sports center in D and K city were recruited. Total of 595 subjects were selected and SPSS 17.0 statistical program was used to perform ANOVA, Independent Sample t-test, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis to obtain following result First, there is a positive causal relationship between servicescape and service quality satisfaction. Second, their convenience, functionality, surrounding elements, and aesthetic elements related servicescape recognized by the user had positive effect on satisfaction of effective management. Third, there is all sub-factors of servicescape had positive effect on user"s satisfaction on convenience
