SAW wireless RFID correlator system design

This paper discusses SAW OFC and CDMA coding approaches in passive SAW correlator multi-sensor receiver systems. OFC is well suited for demanding sensor system applications and a correlator receiver system will provide multi-sensor identification, good range, and diverse solutions for many applications, such as space, avionics health monitoring and others. Important system and device parameters will be discussed for sensor system applications. A 915 MHz SAW OFC system will be presented as an example of operational parameters.
