State information processing method for SMC modules

The invention discloses a state information processing method for SMC (Surface Mount Component) modules, which comprises the steps that a VBC (Valid Bit Controller) device acquires and merges similar state information or fault information of all the SMC modules into a plurality of 32-bit shaping signals, and correspondingly generates a remote signal model based on IEC 61850; a corresponding remote signal model is generated in a background machine database; when the VBC device is communicated with a background machine, the VBC device uploads the merged 32-bit shaping remote signals; the background machine conducts data processing after receiving the signals and saves remote signal values in the database; and when a background man-machine interface displays the state or fault information of SMCs, the corresponding remote signal values are read from the database and resolved bit by bit. With the adoption of the method, the size of an IED (Intelligent Electronic Device) model of the VBC device can be reduced greatly, resources required by the VBC device and the background machine for processing SMC module data are reduced effectively, and the communication efficiency between the VBC device and the background machine is improved significantly.
