Optimizing the performance of railway systems: life cycle costing for rail infrastructure managers
暂无分享,去创建一个
This paper reflects upon the development and application of a (prototype) decision support system for assessing the cost-effectiveness of design and maintenance solutions in the European railways. The usability of this (prototype) system is demonstrated, after which directions for further research and applications are discussed.
