Method and device for bidirectional transmission optical point-to-multipoint using an optical signal splitter with low insertion losses. Method and devices for remote pumping from the user terminal (ONU) to the stages of amplification included in the passive outside plant fiber (ODN) of the access network (AN) based on multiplexing in the time domain (MDD) . Within the UN, an amplifier is used to amplify the data signal and reused for generating pumping by a pumping loop generation. Besides devices inserted into the ODN and take advantage pumping generated ONUs to generate optical amplification in the ODN points higher losses as optical signal splitters, optical fibers by rare earth doped. Thus reducing or even significantly outweigh losses ODN allowing more interconnection points or distance, to relay data traffic of the OLT to the UN and vice versa.
