MOOC has gradually become a mainstream form of online education, and has constantly evolved into many different forms. Among them, the teacher's leading MOOC represented by Khan Academy has become an emerging form that is widely welcomed. With the goal of Khan Academy, this paper proposes and implements a lightweight recording system -- QingMOOC. Its advantage lies in: 1) QingMOOC has a simple structure and easy operation with automation, which releases the work intensity of the users. 2) The custom "video-like" format resource not only suits distribution, but also occupies small space. 3) It is multipurpose, thus can be used in various network platforms and applications in a fragmented manner. After a small-scale application, it has proven that QingMOOC can have an easier access to MOOC production and effectively reduce the cost of it. Although the resource size is as small as one-tenth of the way it was made, the quality of it is the same as that of Khan Academy. It satisfies the needs of some teachers to produce MOOC resources regularly and much easier. Its friendly functions have been fully recognized by users.
