Intramedullary forearm nailing with the Foresight nail

We present the results of the first ten patients we have treated for a diaphyseal fracture of the forearm with the Foresight nail. The mean-up is ten months. We observed two cases of delayed union, for which the combination of open reduction and intramedullary nailing may be responsible. We think the nail can be a good alternative for plating in fractures to closed reduction.
