Anesthesia apparatus and calibration method of suction valve thereof

The invention discloses an anaesthetic machine, a gas path system comprises an inhalation gas path with an inhalation valve; a flow sensor is arranged in the gas path system and electrically connected with a parameter processing unit for detecting the real-time flow rate of the inhalation gas path; and the parameter processing unit transmits an electrical signal of the flow sensor to a main controller after the processing. The invention further discloses a calibration method of the inhalation valve of the anaesthetic machine, comprising the steps that the main controller controls the opening degree of a valve of the inhalation valve, and the real-time gas flow rate of the corresponding inhalation valve is obtained by the flow sensor, thus obtaining a valve opening table and a valve closing table. The usage of the anaesthetic machine of the technical proposal of the invention only adds one flow sensor, thus having low cost, convenience and practicality. The usage of the calibration method of the inhalation valve of the anaesthetic machine of the technical proposal of the invention can automatically complete the calibration of the inhalation valve after connecting the gas path by a user, thus being convenient and rapid and ensuring the mechanical ventilation of the anaesthetic machine to be more secure and reliable.
