Abstact It is not denied that the internet is one of the basic human needs, in supporting human activities whether it is recovery, business or other organizational activities are very dependent on the internet itself as well as the world of education, government, private sector, including business as well as sales our shop. Kedai Kita is a place of sale such as foods beverages, coffee and so on, and is often referred to as a gathering place for young people. In increasing the number of customers, Kedai Kita provides free internet connections for its customers, so that there is a problem with the uneven internet connection. The unequal connection that results in losses occurs when customers who only order coffee can have the same internet connection as those who order more food, this happens all day. The store is only visited by a number of young people, whether students of Senior high or university students. By buying meal or beverage at least Rp. 10,000, the custumers can take hours to sit and while watching streaming video. So what happens is that most customers only pursue internet connections instead of eating or other menu messages. In overcoming these problems, bandwidth management and time limitation are made, so that customers who shop more will get a bandwidth so customers will get a connection based on the amount of spending using vouchers. This study uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method to obtain information to support the research that will be conducted in Kedai Kita.
