3テスラMRIによる中脳黒質neuromelanin-related contrastの描出:正常およびパーキンソン病における比較

3テスラMRIにて正常者とパーキンソン病(PD)例の黒質神経メラニンをneuromelanin-related contrast(NRC)として画像化し半定量した.正常加齢でNRCは増加した.PDで高度に減少し,重症度・罹病期間と負相関をみとめた.幻覚あり群で高度に低下し,嗅覚障害の有無で差がなく,レム睡眠行動異常で中間的な値を示し,症状発現時期に依存すると推定した.PDのNRCの減少は腹外側から正中に向かって進行した.レビー小体型認知症で減少しているがPD症状があるとより高度に減少した.NRCは既知の病理所見と整合性をみとめたが,NRCの意義や特異性および近縁疾患での検討を重ねる必要がある.
