Interaction Map: information visualization techniques in Web -based distance education environments

Most Web-based distance education environments presents the information in a textual format. The interface in sequential way is used to visualize texts, and the enormous volume of data generated by these environments makes it difficult to retrieve information. This paper presents Interaction Map (InterMap), a tool to visualize information about interaction in a Web-based distance education environment TelEduc.
