An image processing apparatus and corresponding method of operation

The invention relates to an image processing device (1) having a plurality of video inputs (2-9) each for receiving an input video signal, at least one video output (23-26) for outputting a Videoaugangssignals as well as a combiner (22) for combining the various input video signals to the video output signal. It is proposed that the video input signals are unsynchronized and the video inputs (2-9) each synchronizer (14-21) are connected downstream, which synchronize the unsynchronized video input signals. Furthermore, the invention comprises a corresponding method of operation.
