Letter by Kawada Regarding Article, "Cannabis, Tobacco, Alcohol Use, and the Risk of Early Stroke: A Population-Based Cohort Study of 45 000 Swedish Men".

Falkstedt et al1 examined the association between cannabis use in young adulthood and early-onset stroke by adjusting for the use of tobacco and alcohol. The authors separated stroke onset before 45 years of age and before 60 years of age, and the levels of exposure to cannabis, smoking, and alcohol were categorized into 3 groups, respectively.
