Noncontact smart card for switching multi-types and method of the same and a recording means

PURPOSE: An intelligent card supporting various non-contact types, and an operating method and a recording medium thereof are provided to support various non-contact types by being automatically switched to an A or a B-type depending on the type of a card reader. CONSTITUTION: An I/O(Input/Output) part(110) transmits/receives voltage and data needed from operation and communication by a carrier wave applied from the card reader(200). A data storing part(130) stores a program generating an instruction format fit to each type in order to be compatible with the instruction of the card reader, a collision prevention algorithm of each type, and the modulated/demodulated data of each type. A modulation/demodulation adjusting part(140) automatically adjusts a modulation/demodulation method processed on the I/O part to each type by linking with a data analysis result of the card reader applied through the I/O part. A CPU(150) checks the type set to the card reader by analyzing the instruction data applied from the I/O part, sets the type of the card reader to the matched type again, and processes the instruction data by linking with the data storing part.
