Applying the decision trees to radar targets recognition

Electronic Support Measure (ESM) systems have been used to passively detect electromagnetic emission from airborne, shipborne, and landborne platforms. The paper describes a method of an automatic radar target recognition based on following principal stages: digital signal processing, feature extraction and selection and applying a combination of decision tree, minimum distance classifier and knowledge base.
