Structural Analysis of Forging Press and Its Optimization Under Left and Right Partial Load Conditions

Aiming at the strength and stiffness problems caused by forging press in the left and right partial load conditions,kiloton forging press at partial load condition of the left and right sides was simulated and structures were improved with the finite element method.Adopting the zero-gap calculation model,the strength,stiffness of the key components(fixed beams,spline vice and cylinder) and pressure pad in contact with the upper and lower beams state were analyzed.Finally,the structure of hydraulic press body frame was optimized,to improve its static and dynamic press performance.
